Phoenix Future Safety Leaders Bursary Programme
About The Bursary
The UK doesn't have a health and safety skills shortage. It has a health and safety awareness problem.
At a time when organisations across the UK are actively looking for capable health and safety professionals, thousands of talented people still never consider health and safety as a career.
And for some of those who do, the cost of taking the first step can become a barrier.
We don't think it should be.
That's why we're launching the Phoenix Future Safety Leaders Bursary.
Each year, Phoenix will fund up to three individuals to complete the NEBOSH General Certificate, or the NEBOSH National Diploma, helping them build the knowledge, confidence and capability to begin a career in health and safety.
This is our investment in people with the ambition to learn and contribute to our industry.
Because the future of health and safety won't be defined by the qualifications we deliver. It will be defined by the people we inspire to enter it.
We believe there are talented people across the UK who could make an incredible contribution.
People with the curiosity to learn, the determination to grow, and the desire to make a difference.
Sometimes all they need is an opportunity.
That's what the Phoenix Future Safety Leaders Bursary is here to provide.
Because every future safety leader starts with a first step.
